Lessons available for:

-Lessons are 30, 60, or 90 minutes long.
-Depending on your commitment and/or goals, lessons can be done as often as you like... twice a week, weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
-For beginners, 30 minutes, once a week is suggested.
I offer lessons both in person and online with Skype! All you need is a free Skype account and internet access.
